Cultural diet

I wouldn't say I am a very interesting person, work and school is mainly what my life consists of. I basically watch YouTube videos on my free time. I watch makeup tutorials and I would say that makeup really is what I love to do. I love creating different looks with neutral colors, and I love a dramatic glam look with lots of glitter as well. Fashion is another thing that really interests me I follow a lot of beauty gurus and fashion profiles on Instagram and enjoy going off of unique ideas on what outfits and make up looks to create.

  1. Hi, I'm interested in your makeup hobby. I guess it must be fun. Do you have a lot of material for makeup? I can imagine you have several boxes, full of varicolored items--sorry, I can not list their names in English. ( I have to look up the words, but I'm too lazy...) Do you practice on your own face? You must have taken many photos about that. Maybe you can share with us? I liked fashion too, when I was young. I don't know why I don't care about it now. Again, I really want to see your dramatic makeup achievement.

Spring In War Time - Poem by Sara Teasdale

I feel the Spring far off, far off,  The faint far scent of bud and leaf--  Oh how can Spring take heart to come  To a world in grief,  Deep grief? The grass is waking in the ground,  Soon it will rise and blow in waves--  How can it have the heart to sway  Over the graves,  New graves? Under the boughs where lovers walked  The apple-blooms will shed their breath--  But what of all the lovers now  Parted by death,  Gray Death?  https://www.poemhunter.com/poems/war/page-1/32256/ -------------------------------------------------------- I chose this poem by Sara Teasdale, a famous american poet. This is a very gloomy poem which you wouldn't expect only reading the title because spring is meant to be a happy and joyful time. It sort of proves a point that war is...

Van Gogh

Church at Auvers, The https://www.vangoghgallery.com/catalog/Painting/62/Church%20at%20Auvers,%20The.html The focus of this painting is pretty straight forward, it's the church. To me the church looks very dark and painted kind of gloomy, the sky is dark blue. The darkness of the painting gives off a gloomy feeling. I think Van Gogh made the church the focus and used darker colors on the church and sky to represent a sort of loss of faith. I also notice more color and brush strokes in the grass.
